West Wind

Official School News

The board had its first meeting in the new building last night among the
studded walls. The construction committee and development committee also met
with the board. You can see each class room structure now. The place has a
lot of good energy already from all the folks who have physically put their
time and thoughtful concerns into this new school. The budget is tight and
we are going to be needing all parents' support to get to the place where we
are painting the walls and celebrating. Our plan is to raise the next amount
of funds through an Obama style campaign. Basically ask a lot of people for
a little bit of money. There will be more information coming. Meanwhile
stop in on Sat. on your way to the auction. You will be amazed.
Next Board Meeting: Mon, Jan. 17, 6:30 pm.

We had a new family join our community:
Nilla Rinaldi, grade 6, and Bailey Rinaldi, grade 3, and their parents Rob
Rinaldi and Laurie Demrow. Please welcome them! Please add their information
to your directories and phone lists:
Rob Rinaldi, 4 Swamp Rd, E. Corinth, phone 439-6036, email:
